A new concept for lovers of fine food and dining. We offer an original and exclusive experience that you will not find anywhere else. The restaurant serves unique gastronomic delights, a food lover’s dream, with meticulous service and the added experience of old- world Georgian accommodation. We offer a set dining experience which may be combined with an accommodation package.
The menu consists of 2 unique dining experiences:
10 Course Parisian Style Degustation
Cost $175pp
This exquisite fine dining experience is delivered over 3 hours in either a private or shared dining room. There is a Guest lounge with an open fire -place or you may choose to dine in one of the romantic alfresco settings.
Our Food principal is to hand craft the entire menu in house from the bread to cold smoking our own salmon. We aim to provide the diner with a gastronomic experience and a twist that tantalises the taste buds.
6 Course Parisian Style Degustation
Cost $135pp
The second option is an abridged version of our full 10 course degustation experience and includes selected dishes from the current running menu.
A lighter option and served in a 2 hour minimum time frame.
In the winter you may enjoy the warmth of an open fire in our Chesterfield Lounge and Reading Room or in summer, the beautiful atmosphere on the balcony overlooking the historic
main street of Carcoar and its picturesque countryside.
For the ultimate experience stay the night in our guest house
and select a dinner and breakfast package.
